# كيفية التقاط صورة للشاشة


| في بعض الاحيان يحتاج فريق الدعم الى صورة لتحديد ومعرفة نوع المشكلة لدى التاجر وتكون عملية التقاط الصورة باتباع الخطوات التالية 

| اولا قم بالبحث عن snipping tool

| بعد ايجاد الاداة قم بالضغط على كلمة new

| بعدها افتح دردشة الدعم الفني وقم بالضغط على CTRL + V 

| من لوحة المفاتيح ( الكيبورد )
