# تغير او استرجاع كلمة المرور للمنصة

في حال تم نسيان كلمة المرور اتباع الخطوات التالية لتغيرها

اضغط على استعادة كلمة المرور اسفل  تسجيل الدخول وبعدها اضغط على (تغير الباسورد )

||| اكتب البريد الالكتروني الذي تم اعطائه لك اثناء اشتراكك في المنصة

ملاحظة : في حال نسيان البريد الالكتروني راسل الدعم وسوف يتم ارساله لك

اكتب رقم البطاقة الكي كارد الخاصة بك ورقم الهاتف كما موضح في الصورة
